IMPORTANT INFO!!

Are kids allowed?

No. Unfortunately due to venue restrictions and our hope to create an intentionally elevated atmosphere, children are not allowed. We understand these constraints and deeply appreciate your understanding!

Is there a dress code? Yes!

Here's your chance to get dressed up! We ask that you follow the general guidelines of black-tie optional attire. Show off your style! Colors and patterns encouraged! Need some inspo? We've got you covered, check out this link: Guest Attire Inspo

*please absolutely no jeans, shorts or flip flops, you will be asked to change if you do not adhere to this dress code

Can I wear a white, ivory, cream or a white-base floral colored dress?

No. Please let the bride have her day.

Is there a registry?

As we've been living in sin for the last few years, we've chosen to opt out of a traditional registry and have a honeymoon fund instead! We'll be traveling to Mallorca & Portugal. We'd deeply appreciate any contribution that can go towards dinners, experiences or general travel expenses! Please find our registry under the Registry tab.

What's for dinner? What if I have food restrictions!

We will be having passed appetizers, fresh oysters and small snacks during the happy hour following the ceremony. Dinner will be family style from Walla Walla Steak Co! If you have any food restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, gluten/dairy free, etc) please let Zack or Cassia know ASAP as our caterers can accommodate & they will need to know where you'll be seated!

Can we take photos?

We ask that you keep your cameras/phone's away during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer to capture our big day. Once we have moved to the reception please feel free to take as many photos/videos as you'd like!

Can I bring a plus one?

Not unless indicated on your RSVP.

Is the wedding outdoors?

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors rain or shine. Mid-September in Walla Walla is typically very warm in the afternoon then chillier in the evenings, so please dress accordingly. For those opting for heels please note that the grounds are mostly grass/gravel!

We might be a few minutes late - is that ok?

The ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. We recommend all guests arrive before 4:15 pm to allow time to grab a drink and find your seat. If you are unable to make that schedule, we ask that you hang back and not disrupt the ceremony. We'll look forward to seeing you at the reception.
